Ian Paul Winans brings a wealth of experience from military service, global security operations, and executive consulting. After enlisting in the U.S. Army at 17, he served in Iraq, Afghanistan, Colombia, Venezuela, and Syria in specialized roles, later contracting with the United Nations as a chemical weapons and war crimes investigator in Syria and Gaza. Transitioning to the nonprofit sector, he focused on educating businesses on securing U.S. government contracts and grants.
With an extensive academic background, including advanced degrees in criminal justice, homeland security, forensic psychology, public health, business leadership, and management, he combines deep operational expertise with strategic business insight.
